About Pasture House

Originally built as a farmhouse, Pasture House has been part of the Broughton Hall Estate for centuries. In 2020 the farm was converted into a 6-bed detox clinic surrounded by fields, trees both old and newly forested with areas for growing our own produce.

The Broughton Hall Estate has been the home of the Tempest family since 1097 and enjoys a rich history stretching back over the Millennium.

The Grade 1 listed Hall dates back to 1597 and combines the work of several architects including the renowned William Atkinson, who was also responsible for the impressive Durham Cathedral.

The Tempests are one of England’s oldest Catholic landed gentry families. Roger Tempest, the current custodian of the Broughton Hall Estate is the 32nd Tempest in a recorded line dating from the 12th century.

From the M1 Leave at junction 42 onto the M62. Join the M606 and follow signs for Skipton. From the M6 Leave at junction 29 onto the M65 and follow signs for Skipton. Pasture House is located 2 miles to the west of Skipton on the A59.

By Rail

Skipton Railway Station 3 miles.

By Air

Manchester Airport 55 miles.

  • 7-Day Detox

    Our inpatient facility within the Broughton Hall Estate in, North Yorkshire Skipton, is where your journey to recovery begins. Starting with a 7-14-Day Detox depending on polysubstance misuse, you’ll first meet the team at our purpose-built facility Pasture House for a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) assessment and then your detox begins… The majority of detoxes are expected to be completed within 7 days, and those with more complex multiple addictions or significant mental health disorders may require 14 days (or possibly longer).

  • Consolidation and Relapse Prevention

    After a successful detox, we encourage our patients to undertake a Consolidation and Relapse Prevention programme. At The BONDS Clinic, we see this as a 12-month programme tailored to you to ensure we provide you with the best route to recovery.
